South Australia recognises the talent and experience of its expatriates, and celebrates their successes. Through SABAN, expatriate South Australians and SA-based business leaders who frequently travel, promote South Australia within their spheres of influence.
SABAN currently consists of approximately 230 influential business leaders invited by the Premier of South Australia to be Business Ambassadors for the State. Business Ambassadors identify opportunities to promote Business Migration, Tourism and Business Tourism, Attracting and Retaining Talent, Inward investment, Importing, Exporting and Bilateral Trade, and refers interested business people to SABAN Central.
SABAN Central works with Business Ambassadors, the Government of South Australia and the Private Sector to demonstrate not only that South Australia is a great place to live, visit, work, invest and do business, but that it is indeed the right place .
SABAN is delivered through Business SA's International Business Unit, a natural home for such a business-led initiative.
